WTF Please help if possible.

My iPod no longer shows on iTunes, and all of the songs I had on it are no longer there. When trying to open the F Drive, where the iPod is connected, it says that the iPod is corrupt and damaged. Please help me, only if you know exactly what's up, not "I think this" I need real help please!

Without looking at it directly, no one is going to be able to tell you exactly what the problem/fix is.
There could be some very educated guesses and even specific examples of what has caused this problem with other people and what their fix was but no one will can be absolutely sure what it is.

Okay, sorry, let me explain it exactly as it is:
My Nano was saying "Do Not Disconnect" for an hour straight. I unplugged, thinking it would be okay, since my step-brother has a Nano, even the same model as mine, and he does it all the time. But also on the same date, we installed an update that made my iPod seem a little bit different. The next day, I tried to listen to my songs, and they were gone. I tried putting it on iTunes, and it wouldn't show up. It shows on My Computer, but when opened, it says the file is corrupt and damaged, therefore it cannot be opened. Please, tell me if there is ANY way to fix this?

Let me ask again.
When you did them, did they all complete successfully?

When you Reset, did you see the Apple logo and then the iPod main menu came up and you could use the iPod normally (except it can’t be seen in iTunes)?

When you Restored the iPod, did it complete the Restore and then the iPod main menu came up and you could use the iPod normally (except it can’t be seen in iTunes)?

The reset thing works, but it doesn't solve the problem, and in My Computer, it is in there, but when attempting to open it it says "insert removable in drive F" and it is in there, when using both USB ports. Also, it's not the computer, my family has iPods, and they all work on this computer, before you ask.
