Q: every time i put in my credit card number month and date for expiration and security code it doesn't get accepted

need help after i type in information about my credit card it says ask for assistance

Your billing address must match THE SAME as it is with the bank that the card is with. Also you must have a positive balance on it as well so that it can charge it and refund that charge that makes the account addable
