I do updated my apply TV 3rd generation to 6.0 software but still there are no Arabic subtitle.how to add Arabic subtitle on my apply TV?

If the ATV does not have support for Arabic language, there is no way to add it.

The Apple TV still does not support Arabic/Hebrew. Ask Apple to add this via
apply TV
