Pity i have installed new Os in my iPhone. I did took the back up contacts in a pendrive. after installation, i couldnot download. It is half way running and it gets stopped. It is horrible to use without the contacts. I have taken to the authorized service center in coimbatore, tamilnadu, India. They also couldt. How to retrieve the contacts. ?. Secondly, in my iPad i could not load the contacts in the iCloud back up ?.. what is to be done. Thanks
