My USB cable/charger has stopped working! I did have a spare but as I have found that doesn't work either. (I don't think it is an apple product)


As stated, I am well within my year guarantee but I was wondering whether I am eligible for, for example, a new cable. I am unable to charge anything, the cable isn't split nothing has been done to it to make it stop working but I didn't know if apple only help if your actual product is broken or whether this includes the accessories that come along with the product



iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.1.4
