Q: I havent used my Imac and Trackpad for a couple of months,and now I come to use it,my Trackpad doesnt seemed to be synced,and the Imac isnt recognising it. Have tried switching it on and off.Any suggestions?

I havent used my Imac for a couple of months. Tried using it today,and the TrackPad wont work. Display says Imac isnt recognising it. Have tried switiching it on and off (have lost its manual!). Green light appears for a couple of seconds. How do I sync it in?Display saying the Trackpad isnt 'discoverable'. Any suggestions?

You may want to try just replacing the batteries in the trackpad. If they're getting weak, not unlikely after a couple of months, the iMac may not be able to discover the trackpad.
