If they are iTunes purchases then depending upon what country that you are in, and whether they are still in the store, then if it's an iPod Touch you might be able to re-download them on it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app. Otherwise you will need to sync them via your computer's iTunes - you can copy iTunes purchases from your phone to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases
