Q: I got an email saying I should reset my password.  I can't get in to do it

I got an email saying I should reset my passwork because somebody has used face time on my phone - what do I do?

    If the email said that you needed to reset your password and had a link to click on, don't do it. It's probably a phish rather than a real message from Apple. If the email just said that someone had made some sort of change and that if it wasn't you that made, or attempted to make, the change then you should change your password, then go here:

     

    http://appleid.apple.com

     

    Sign in and you can change your password there.
