Is it posible that Ipad A1416 can be locked, if yes how can i check this?
Please advice how to check if my ipad is locked or unlocked, I have a Ipad 3 (A1416)

Do you mean carrier locked? If that's what you mean, no. No iPad has ever been sold carrier locked.
However, the model A1416 is the wifi-only iPad 3, so it has no ability to be used with a cellular service provider as it has no cellular radio installed at all.
