Q: Why do they keep sending me emails saying I don't have enough?

It looks like I have 20 g purchased - when I click on the 20 gb plan, the "next" button isn't highlighted, so I think I've already purchased it. But then I receive another email saying I don't have enough storage.  Any ideas for me?

Did you get the free upgrade last year because of the MobileMe termination?  Those who got the ugrade to 25 GB will have the free extended storage end on Sept. 30.  Is this what the email says?  If so, it could be that you are using more than the free 5GB and that you don't have enough storage for the current usage to continue into October.

On the other hand this email may be about something else - you haven't given us enough information to determine that.

Yes, sorry - I got the free upgrade and now it's asking me purchase which I would love to do - I just can't figure out how to do it.  I can get to the screen where I have the option of $40 or $100 for the year.  I click on the $40, but the "next" button isn't highlighting for me to click on it.  If I click on the $100, the "next" button does highlight, but that's not the option I want.  So, I figure if it's not highlighting, that must mean that I've already managed to purchase it somehow, but then I receive another email saying that I'm at 5.41 gb and need to upgrade or lose my storage.  I'm sure it's a silly fix, but for some reason, I'm just not understanding.  Any help is appreciated
