Q: Can I downgrade from ISO 7 to 6.1.3

My brother have iphone and he updated it but the new version of io7 is not good basically the looking of menu and the theme they used is not good... icons r looking bad in phone... else icon was looking fab in photos n video... u know that realistic is always different from dreams.... so plz apple plz stop this and plz enable downgrade facility so we can atleast have this facility..

No. Apple has never allowed iOS downgrades.
If you don't like the operating system, then purchase a different device. It's just that simple.

IOS7 *****. Yes, I could have researched it before I upgraded. BUT, the little upgrade "tickle" the Iphone constantly generates will never go away until I ultimately do upgrade.
But in the end the really ****** attitude shown by this person is great advice!
The folks at the Verizon store have been trying (hard) to upgrade me to a new 4G device running the Android platform. I have resisted since I really liked my Iphone with IOS6.
Guess IOS7 made the decision for me.

I am furious over this issue. For several days my iPhone 4's "Settings" app has been telling me that there is an upgrade for its OS: your new v.7. So... I decide that I'd better follow your guidance, open iTunes, connect my iPhone and click the button to upgrade its OS. The necessary file downloads, installs, and voila: I now have the new OS.
BUT... I later open iTunes to load some different music, etc., onto the iPhone, and what do I find? That the new OS does NOT work with my older iTunes, which is the latest version that I can run on my old Mac.
So now I cannot use my iPhone with my Mac or iTunes??? Yet you will not allow me to downgrade back to the previous OS 6.1.3???
That is UNCONCIONABLE! I am supposed to just "live" with this iPhone without being able to synch it with my Mac? The music? The photos? The contacts? NOTHING?
WHY would you allow me to install OS7 on the iPhone if it is incompatible with my version of iTunes??? Why not at least a WARNING telling me such would be the case? Hook me in to upgrade with notifications, and then with NO explanation of the problems it would cause... what do you expect me to do? Buy a new Mac, with the lastest OS X system, just to use my iPhone???
You MUST do something to fix this. You had been allowing downgrades previously. Surely you should still allow them for situations like this!

Definitely a "Let them east cake!" theme going on in here but I suppose they feel that they are helping you by shaming you for making a decision you we coerced into by repeated notifications on your devices. Then again, I suppose being pulled over for being black could just as easily be avoided if s/he doesn't drive--I guess it really is simple when you blame the affected or oppressed rather than their oppressor.
I do think that if people want to downgrade to an earlier version, they should be allowed to. Then again, that's just my opinion as a consumer. I think it is hardly bad manners to want to go back to what worked best for the individual rather than the company, or their bottom line.
I have not been all that pleased with iOS 7 but I figure that many of the complaints will be fixed some point in the future. I would have preferred they had taken an extra few weeks and release the new operating system after his head been vetted a little bit more and how it has been released now.

To respond to the man who is unhappy with the new version, you might have spent a moment talking about what they have recieved in the upgrade. It is true that you will be unable to restore the old OS, but spend a little time looking at the changes, contact getsupport.apple.com (no phone queues there) and express what is making you unhappy. The other place to go to so that the engineers can have an opportunity to respond to any issues you may have or bugs you may have found is apple.com/feedback. Apple appreciates ALL its customers. It is not represented by some of the more snarky knowitalls who have a lot of experience technically, but who may be socially impaired. They may mean well, but sometimes fall short. This is my opinion, no one elses.
