Do you have to pay for iWork?
I was just wondering do you have to pay for iWork? is it avaliable on your iPhone or is it just for Mac's?

Yes, you have to pay for iWork and the individual components. You can download the components for $10 each from the App Store for iOS devices...and for $20 each for Mac OS X devices.
