How to Change BLACK Color Notification Center & Pale Color Control Center

I have updated My iPhone 5 to iOS 7. In iOS 7 both Notification Center & Control Center were good in color.

After Restoring my iPhone from iTunes & iCloud, I am Seeying only Full BLACK color Notification Center & Pale colored Control Center.

How I can change both back to normal colorful as they were in the First???

I have tried to change the Wallpaper, but No Effect at all. Now I am using Dynamic Wallpaper in both Screens Home & Lock.
