Q: I cant open itunes store on my iphone 5

The same thing is happening to me. I downloaded iOS 7 5 days ago and it just started.

I'm also having the same problem. Updated to IOS7 last week.

Go into Settings, General, all the way at the bottom Reset, reset all settings. This worked for me as I had the same problem after the update. You may lose your ringtone if u have one selected and whatever backround picture on the phone but you can reset it. You will also need to re-enter your wi-fi password. Hope this helps

I found that if you have your cookies set to always BLOCK, it will not load iTunes Store. Try resetting to only block third party and advertisers. This worked for me.  I had reset my phone and it worked, then I adjusted my setting to my preference and it went out again. I played with all the different settings and tryed the cookies and bingo.

Simply Signout out Off iTunes from setting iTunes and App store and then access the iTunes the issue should be resolved.

Go back to the same location and sign in to iTunes and App store.

This worked.  Thanks for the tip.  I did have to close the open app then relaunch after the above instructions.
