With the latest iTunes version 11.1, how do I sync my contacts with outlook ?

I am trying to bring my iPhone 4s back with all data after a painful update of the iOS7 that earase al Data

When I try to sync my contacts, I was not able to define that it will do this with outlook as it was in the past

please advice how I sync my outlook contacts with my phone / iTunes
