If anyone can help it would be great! After upgrading to iOS 7 every time I have deleted e-mails they keep coming back. I use my email everyday and delete messages that I don't want and when I check the next day all the emails from the day before are all back

If you are having issue with your mail account, check out the article below. I would recommend removing and adding the email account back.
