email problems exchange

Hi

Can someone please help? I have been trying for 24 hours to get my excange emails on my mac mail! everything I try does not work it is driving me in insane!!!!

I need this for work! I can get them on my ipad and iphone but not on the mac

I even tried on outlook and it still wont work PLEASE HELP I AM GOING INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
