How do you remove the pass code

If you mean how do you stop using it, go to Settings>General>Passcode Lock, enter your passcode, tap Turn Passcode Off, then enter your passcode again.

If you mean you need to remove it from your iPad because you have forgotten it, you have to restore it using one of the methods explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212.
