Q: I have a new Apple ID for registered on my iPhone and iPad but my computer still has the old Apple ID for itunes. How do I update computer iTunes to the new Apple ID?

I have an Apple ID created recently for my new iPhone and have also updated it in my old iPad...my iTunes account on my Windows Vista comuputer still has the old Apple ID....how do I change the old Apple ID to the new one on my computer iTunes account?
