the bar of "reset my security questions" doesn't show up

hello,

I forgot the answers of my security question on My Apple ID. However, I tried to reset my security questions on the Apple ID, but the problem is when I sign in on My Apple ID and click on the bar "Password and Security", the link of "Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to ***@**.com" under the questions doesn't show up!

I want to reset the security questions but I can't, because the link doesn't show up as I mentioned!

Is there any suggestions that can help me to reset these questions? anywise I can't call the Apple Support because I'm not in the US right now.

The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account - you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact support in your country to get them reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
