Q: Can you have more than one device one the same account and how does that effect the performace

We got my daughter an iPad for her birthday and used my account so she could FaceTime her uncle today I received my iPad went to sent up no problem but when she went to go face time it was using my iPad tow gat do I do delet her I pad and start over she is only 7  so I want to manager the account
