Q: my ipad is blockedit say that hasnt been backed up in 3 weeks....

my ipad is blockedit say that hasnt been backed up in 3 weeks. backups happen when this ipad is pjugged in,locked and connected to wifi.

 

And I can do anything on my ipad even shut it down or restart it

iPad, iOS 6.1.4

    A reset should help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.

     

    No content is affected by this procedure.
