Trouble Downloading Preinstalled App

Hi, recieved my new macbook today- yay! However when I try to install my prepurchased Pages software it responds that I should sign in with the account used to purchase it. My apple store account used is the same as my app ID and since I have no other one I am confused to what this is refering to? Any advice would be most appreciated, thank you.
