Q: Help please

We have 2 iPads using the same iTunes account my draughts and mine what should we do to let her still have access to the iTunes money but when she face times it's not ringing my iPad also

One thing you can do is keep a single Apple ID that everyone uses for your iTunes/App Store account, and then give everyone their own iCloud accounts for their Mail, Messages, FaceTime, Calendar, etc.
