My iPhone's screen does not respond
I can not slide to open, then I can not slide to power off
the sleep\weak bottom does work suddenly =(

Okay, but slide to open does not require the sleep/wake button. You should be able to slide to open from anywhere on the left side of the screen. Nothing moves when you try this?
it does not respond to touch, I can not slide to unlock, answer call, and power off
Okay, that is a little better information. Since the sleep/wake button does not work, then you cannot do a reset, so you will have to move straight to a restore. Try a restore from backup, connect the device to iTunes and the computer and click on Restore from Backup. If that doesn't work, then with it connected to computer and iTunes again, click on restore to restore it as a new device. If this doesn't help the screen, then you have a hardware problem and need to make an appointment with Apple.
If I make an appointment, can they fix the sleep botton at the same day ?
If you have any warranty remaining that is possible. Besides, Apple does not fix, they replace. If the device is not in warranty, then you could qualify for an out of warranty replacement which in the US for the iPhone 4S is $199. Similar pricing in whatever country you might be in.
