i am trying to restore my iphone 4 as it failed to upgrade to ios7 i am in "restoring iphone software" on itunes but the progress bar is not moving at all what do i do it also cant go into dfu mode? Help please

Doing the same. Progress bar not moving at all, but it does show 3 hours remaining instead of the 4 hours it did a couple of minutes ago. Go to summary. does it say "iTunes is currently downloading software for the iPhone" ?
My phone went on and it still says phone disabled with the added little gem of my sim now also being locked.
The progress bar is just not moving at all it just stays in the exact same place.
Does anyone know what to do
