Facetime won't activate.

I have an iPod Touch 5th generation and I can not activate FaceTime. It keeps saying it is a network connection problem but I have tried several different Wi-Fi connections and it is always the same message. I have reinstallled ios7 nothing is working. Somebody please help me!!!
