I installed the IOS7 that came up on my IPHONE4, NOW I HAVE NO RINGTONE ONLY VIBRATE HOW DO I COMPLETELY DELETE IT

hI am having trouble with the update IOS7 my ringer quit working all i have is vibrate, how can I fix this?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7
