I can't find the 'Reduce Motion' option on my iPhone 4 running on iOS7
In the accessibility menu, under 'Increase Contrast' is 'On/Off Labels' and not 'Reduce Motion'. Help please? I really would like to be able to rescale my photos when I set my wallpapers.
