In IOS 7 are all apps supposed to automatically update in the background? I ask because on my iPhone and iPad some do and some don't. And some do some of the time and other times I have to manually open the app store and update them. I've turned background app updating off and on with no apparent effect but haven't otherwise done much troubleshooting.
iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1, 16gb
