Q: How do I delete photos from my I cloud or other unwanted information?

You can manage your iCloud storage here:

Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage

You can also manage Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes &iWork on iCloud.com

Removing data from iCloud.com will push these changes out to all the devices syncing that datafrom this iCloud account.

OPhotos are not able to be directly accessed via iCloud.

To manage Photos you would need to manage your Photo Streams in your Photos app on your phone and Camera Roll in your iCloud backup (Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage > select your iPhone backup
