i dont have photos on my i pad 4 and when i open usage there is 2GB of photo stream is found how do i empty my available space so i can download more apps n my i pad ?

hello good evening i have i pad 4 and i dont have any space left on my device because it just says i have 2 GB of photos on my photo stream and i dont have any photos at all on my i pad and i wana download more apps and i cant do this because of that problem so please can you help me solving this problem ?
