Q: Submitted Course Issues

Hello to All,

 

I am new to the support community so please work with me.

 

I submitted a course for publication to the iTunes U catalog.

 

I recieved an email with the link to add the course to the Public Site Manager interface.

 

Then, the course was deleted from the Public Site Page, not sure why. 

 

After a week, the link on my iTunes U course reappeared but I cannot submit my course for publication as it says

 

"You already submitted a course request and it is waiting for publication"

 

However, when I go to the Public Site Manager, nothing is listed, and if I try to republish the link originally provided when I did submit the course, it says that they course does not exist.

 

Any thoughts of what I can do next.  I want to publish the course to the iTunes U Catalog.
