can a 4IPHONE with iOS 7 install the fingerprint security?

I have a IPHONE 4 with a iOS 7. Can I install the Fingerprint Security? All I have read is about the IPHONE 5 installation of the fingerprint security.

as much as I can find suggests the fingerprint sensor is on the 5S only

The fingerprint security feature of the iPhone 5s requires a special hardware scanner in the Home button. You cannot add this to any iPhone that does not have the scanner.
