Sep 26, 2013 10:04 AM in response to Klulshllbleby Solo Keita,This happened to me on my iPhone. I just signed out of my Apple ID and signed back in. I might have restarted my iphone too.
Settings > iTunes & App Store (Select your Apple ID email and then select "Sign Out")

Sep 26, 2013 10:59 AM in response to Klulshllbleby Solo Keita,Are you connected to the internet? If you're using Wi-Fi, make sure your Wi-Fi is working on another device. You cloud also try cycling your Wi-Fi router and or modem. Cycling is where you unplug the power for 30 seconds and then plug them back in.
