Oct 9, 2013 1:00 AMby mo11ie,Its simple when you have ALL the information needed, but is not easy to find. In short: you can print wirelessly, but you cann't scan wirelessly. You have to use the USB cable connection. I confirmed this with HP (my printer provider). Smart bit of marketing for their printers "wireless printing". Does mention that you cannot scan wirelessly!!! If I had known that I would NOT have bought an HP printer!!!

I am sorry to hear that you were left with the wrong impression, but the good news is, you most certainly can scan with your HP Deskjet 3520.
Click on this link and then select your operating system.
