It's a Windows application. You need Windows to run it, although it's not obvious why you wouldn't just use the built-in Terminal application.

Mac OS X does have Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal. There is also the iTerm terminal emulator
<http://iterm.sourceforge.net/>, as well as iTerm2 <http://www.iterm2.com/#/section/home>. And it is possible to use X11 based terminal emulators from the Open Source world.
From any Mac OS X terminal emulator you have ssh, scp, sftp command line tools. If you prefer GUI based scp, sftp tools, then there are a host of them, such as CyberDuck <https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/8392/cyberduck>, and others.
