Importing Windows Media Player 'Playlists' into Apple iTunes Library

This new threat concerns procedures for Importing Windows Media Player 'Playlists' into Apple iTunes Library playlists, to include both the Windows playlist title, and the Windows filed music associated with each playlist.

There have been previous threads and comments on this subject (undated), but each has evolved with further commenary, into a very complicated, computer-savy only discussion, including abbreviations and acronyms unknown to most, and that is way over the head of most iTunes users.
