Not allowing "include CD Text" box to be ticked

I installed the lalest version of ITunes yesterday. Today while trying to create a CD by buring it from a Playlist then it will not allow me to add a tick to the "include CD text" box. Has anyone come across this problem and knows of a possible solution?
