Q: ipad mini settings/icloud screen is frozen after installin iOS7

I installed OS7 on my ipad mini today. It would not "update cloud settings" however. Now, icloud email does not work.

WHen I open settings/icloud, the screen freezes.

How do I reboot or reset?
