Connect Philips Pico Projector to pre unibody MacBook Pro

Hello, I'd like to buy a Philips ppx2480 picoprjector http://www.philips.it/c/proiettore-pocket/picopix-80-lumen-con-lettore-mp4-ppx24 80_eu/prd/ . I need to use it on an old pre unibody MacBook Pro which has only a DVI port. Can I connect such thing to the laptop and how ?

From the user manual I found this, but obviously the MBP

Use the VGA-Audio cable (PPX2480 included, PPX2450

accessory) to connect the projector to a computer, laptop,

or some PDAs. The projector supports the following

resolutions: VGA/SVGA/XGA. For best results, set

the computer's resolution to SVGA (800x600).

1 Connect the VGA-Audio cable to the projector's

mini-HDMI socket.

2 Connect the VGA plug to the computer's VGA

socket and the audio plug to the computer's audio

output.

3 Adjust the computer's resolution to the correct setting

and switch the VGA signal to an external monitor.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
