Hello, i cant find the cellular data network settings menu that appeared in iOS6 like this "http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2283" on iOS7. I need to edit the APN so my iphone can connect to the network but i cant find that menu, please help me!

Thanks for the reply but under Settings > cellular, the only things that appear here are
. Cellular Data ON/OFF
. Enable 3G ON/OFF
. Data Roaming ON/OFF
. Personal Hotspot (with the settings ON/OFF and password)
. Call Time
. Cellular Data Usage
. Use cellular data for
. Reset Statistics
theres no menu to introduce the APN, Username, Password for the cellular data.

The option Steve said works only with a few carriers/SIMcards, actually to this option be shown the SIMcard must have the APN edit enabled on itself, then once you insert the SIMcard the option will be shown.
If the option won't appear you can try to use the iPhone Configuration utility http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1466, or you can check with your carrier if there is any possibility of getting one of this enabled simcards.
