Q: How to get a broken charger piece out of a ibook g4 charging port?

The tip of a broken charger is stuck inside my ibook g4 charging port.   I've taken apart the laptop.  The piece is jagged into the inside plastic.  If I just bend the piece over will i be able to charge it again?
