I've already transferred my music library

I've already transferred my music library to my new laptop and therefore itunes, but how do i transfer playcount, album covers, playlists from my iphone to my new laptop/itunes?

I click on the 'sync music' button and it looks like it will remove the music from my iphone. Please advise if it's possible to sync fully without losing music? Thank you
