Need new sticker for iPhone 5 box after a swap at Apple Store.
iPhone 5 swapped at Apple Store, and I would like a sticker with the correct numbers to put on my box. How do I get one?

You can't, not official ones from Apple. You'll have to create your own if you want the box to have the new IMEI and serial numbers.
Regards.
Create a label in any word processing program, print it out on an appropriate adhesive label, and stick it on the box.
Regards.
Or you can use Notepad, WinPad, or any other text editing software. Something that has templates for labels will make it easier to get it positioned. Or you can just print out on normal piece of paper and cut it to size and tape it to the box.
Regards.
If you're "sentimental" about the box a phone came in five years ago, then perhaps you need to re-examine your motivations and aims in life.
I will take no more time to discuss this. Perhaps someone else will believe that you wish to restore this box for "sentimental reasons". I wlll mention only this possibility:

Those are likely the only solution for printing white-on-black that you will find, and of course will look nothing like the original label, which for good reasons Apple probably makes difficult to reproduce.
As we said back last year, just use any word processing or text editing program to create a label. There's nothing difficult about this or anything special that you need.
MS Word should do it about as well as any other word-processing software. Just format the paper to print in the proper size for the labels you're using. The label size is on the box or package. As far as where to format the paper, I'll leave that to someone who's more fluent than me in Windows software.
I find your statement ignorant and offensive. There are a million reasons why one would want to reproduce the IMEI sticker they paid for. I was required to cut off my IMEI label to take part in a lawsuit back in 2009. For sentimental reasons, I seek to refurbish my entire iphone package, including somehow finding original iphone earphones. If you do not have anything nice or constructive to say, keep your comments to yourself!
And how would I do that?
Do you know any programs I should use. I'm on windows?
Thank you.
did you end up doing this? i'm looking to do this for my Gen 1 iPhone box. If anyone knows how to do this or would like to do it for me, i'd gladly made a donation to a charity of your choice!
actually, it's white ink on a black sticker, so yes it is kinda difficult. The offer still stands for anyone who can do it!
There's no need to reproduce the white-on-black label unless you plan to misinform (or outright lie) to prospective purchasers about whether the iPhone is used or new.
