My headphone jack fell out of position is there an easy way just to easily put it back?

When I plug in my headphones the jack just falls into the computer, so I cant plug my headphones all they way and I cant get it to work. Is there an easy way just to put the headphone jack back into place without opening up the whole computer and messing with stuff or will I have to take it in to get fixed?
