I forgot my security questions

Can anybody help me it's been like this for more then a month I swear on gods name jesus name and all holy things I did not steal this or anything else I am the owner please help the reason I'm having trouble is because I got itunes one day for in app upgrades or something for a app and I didn't know it at the Time but it was signed in my brothers account so I switched to my account not knowing it was a big deal I kept on putting in my account if and it kept on not letting me buy anything and it eventually went to security questions and I couldn't do it because to forgot the answers or never knew them because my brother made the account for me please help I beg of you these security questions are really bothering me
