I'm unable to open aperture because of serial number issue.

I'm unable to open aperture on my Mac Pro after it was worked on at the apple store. When asked to re-enter my product serial number I tried both my original and my upgrade. Neither will work with or without the dashes, and lower and uppercase.


What to do???


Sugestions please....

might offer some help.


If the Aperture you are running is an upgrade you will need both serial numbers (the original from 2 and the upgrade number from 3). If you started with Aperture 1 you will need 3 serial numbers (original 1 and upgrade numbers for 2 & 3)
