Installing iOS 7.0.2 left my iPad 2 running 7.0

On my iPad 2, choosing Software Update in Settings->General offers to download and install iOS 7.0.2, but after it runs to completion without any errors it leaves my iPad 2 running iOS 7, according to Settings->About, and Software Update continues to offer me the update to 7.0.2.

I had the same problem on my WiFi 64Gb iPad 2 when I tried to do the update through the iPad settings -> about -> software update. Several tries, even after switching off and on the iPad.

Followed the suggestion from Andreas Fritz to update via cable and iTunes. Toook forever to do the backup but the upgrade installed so I'm now running it at 7.0.2.
