How do I get rid of all the music on my phone?
I want to put music on my phone, but ITunes is saying I have music already on it. How do I get rid of the blue music bar so I can put music I want on it without going over the GB limit?

Reset the device, then connect to iTunes and see if the issue is still occurring.

Press and hold the home and power buttons for 15-20 seconds until the white Apple logo appears.
Am also having a similar problem. Have reset the phone, have no cloud or match or anything else. A bunch of songs appear under the "music" when I plug in my phone. These songs are NOT on my phone. Half of them have the grey circle of irritation. ive deleted them numerous times just for them to reappear.
